Class evaluation

  One of the things that I enjoyed about this class is how Mr. Haymore always had a smile on his face. His class is just filled with good vibes so i cant feel the negativity.Whenever i'm sad, as soon as i enter his room I automatically become happy. I really like how he prepares us for our future and and wants us to succeed in life.Another thing I liked was how Mr. Haymore helped us interact with one another. Because of what he did I gained a lot of new friends.

A couple things i don't like about his class is that he does the same thing but that could be good but it gets kind of boring so its sometimes not interesting. There isn't really things i don't like about his class. i really like coming into his class and to learn a new technique or skill i could use in my future. Mr hay more is a good teacher and people should respect his opinion.

I believe Mr haymore could add a little more enthusiasm. i would like for him to make the class a bit more exciting. i would want the class to be fun and for me to love going to this class and also other classmates.

I don't really think i have a highlight, i didn't really get the chance to show my potential.

To be honest i didn't give it my all this class, i could've done more and gave it more. i could've wrote more things and tried even more. If i did my best i wouldve reached to my goal and reached to the A+.

 I'm committed to becoming a CTR person and to constantly seek Personal Development because it will help me become a better person. And i will sucssed in the future. And i will never forget about Mr. Haymore becuase hes very hard to forget. And i will thank him because hes making me ctr while i stll have the chance also this is were i choose who to be and hes helped me a lot.

Innovation electric vehicles 

I believe electric vehicles is good because they're trying to make places a lot cleaner and safer for the environment. you should buy a electric car because its safer and more beneficial for you. it would safe you money because you don't have to stop by a gas station. It only takes one ride in a battery-powered car to understand the improved ride quality of an EV compared to a vehicle using a petroleum-powered internal combustion engine. All you have to do is pull into your garage or driveway, reach over for a plug, and push it into the charging inlet.

 7 habits of highly effective people

Habit 1: Be Proactive

"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."

What this means is that you chose your path and you chose where you want to go. You decide what you want to do in life and the consequences that come with it. No one else can tell you what to do and how to live your life.People got to be a leader for themselves. they got to take charge and be a leader. yo have to take action and be controlling over your body. be responsible for yourself and know what you are doing. make good choices and be successful in life.

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind

"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch)

You gotta control and maintain yourself. you gotta take control of what you do and how you do things. you can not let people take control and persuade you into situations you do not want to be in. Make sure you chose the right and always follow the good path because that what is going to lead you into success and its important to  be successful because everyone wants to earn money and have a good life.  you cant go anywhere without money. if you strive for the best then you wont have to listen to a boss. you could be the boss and tell people what to do. be your own boss and enjoy your time.

Habit 3: Put First Things First

"Organize and execute around priorities."   life is easy and we can do our things first if they are really important and then you will help others with their things we have to  be nice and treat others as we treat ourselves and never be selfish because if we have everything that we want we have to help others to take their dreams to be alive we have to be friendly and lovely and then you are going to see what god is going to do with your life because everything that you give to others god will pay you back for everything.

Habit 4: Think Win-Win

"Think win-win or no deal."

you always want to be a winner and to do that you have to think like a winner.

think win so you can possibly be a winner. when you think like a winner then they would give you an opportunity to work at your best and do what you can to succeed  

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood

"Diagnose before you prescribe."

This is good because then you will know how the other person feels. We have to be nice to our friends or to our family members and when they need someone to talk to you should listen to what they have to say because that will mean a lot to them. Understanding other peoples problems is important because then that way you will find a way to help them. Just how when you pray to god you might not hear him but he is listening to what you are saying this is how we should all be with each other we should be able to understand one another. You should be the listener and listen to what someone has to say to you and then find some way to give them advice. Doing this shows that you care about other and that is good because we all need to care about something.

Habit 6. Synergize
 
          You have to be proactive at times and work with groups that would better yourself and your school work. Working in teams is a good thing to do because you will come up with ideas a lot faster and easier. You will only have to think about one thing instead of 3, this benefit you because you will not do a lot of things. Two heads are better than one  that way you can both come up wit something good. This is why in school we mostly do projects as two because if we were to do it alone it would be hard for some of us and for others it wouldn't. Don't challenge yourself and make it harder to come up with ideas.  Most successful people work as teams and they get really far in life because they have each other to help.

Reflection: i believe these 7 habits are very beneficial for us to be very successful in life and how to prepare for the real life 

Importance of setting goals

Its important to set goals because it can make you successful in life and make you earn lots of money. When you really strive your goals and actually achieve it, you are going to feel better and might want to accomplish another goal so it is a positive mechanism to do and easy.Its a positive way to get better at life and you know what you are striving for. You can get better in life just by writing down goals.You can write down long term goals or short term goals. as long as they are good and good for you. you have to work towards what you want. I've experience it myself, example tutoring, the teachers want come around asking you " hey there, you need help?", in reality you have to do things yourself. its true what people say, "if you want things well done, do it yourself!" That's the way things work nowadays and that's how it'll keep going from now on. The only person that can really help you is your parents and yourself period.

I would like to go to UCLA because i want to be close to home so UCLA is the choice. i would like to go to UCLA because it is a great school so i when i graduate i can go and do something special with my life.
